Welcome!!!
Here is my most recent story of change/transition in my life... A little over 5 yrs ago I was brought home to Indiana and ultimately brought back home to myself. I call that amazing time my "trifecta". Within a 3 month period my beloved Aunt died( in my mind the worst thing that could happen), my partner of 8 yrs and I split, and I moved myself from Colorado back to where I grew up in Indiana after being gone for years. I was in a wordless place of deep grief, it had not mattered that I worked in hospice for years or that I had decades of sobriety, I was truly in the unknown. I would awake to tears, wailing, often angry at my confusion. It was through inquiry/The Work, a mindfulness practice, that I was able to put this grief on paper and transform it into compassion and love. Those moments were turning points for me. I can remember prior to doing inquiry I was distraught , I could either take this broken heart and make a pact never to love that deeply again or I could let it burst open. The despair of the loss would arise, I would honor that grief and then I would put pen to paper. This bursting, broken, open heart, this love that was just a wordless as the grief, brought me back home to myself. Now you can find me in Indiana sharing my experience to support you on your journey. Sooooooo.... What is your story? Are you caring for a family member or friend, caring for your children, moving your loved one to a nursing home, changing jobs, letting go of your addiction, or grieving the loss of a loved one? It would be an honor to support you through your life’s transitions, whatever they may be. Together we will unravel the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, we will untangle the chaos and find clarity to support you in meeting life in the present moment with whatever it brings.
